Welcome to Daimler Trucks North America's new Military Aftermarket Parts Support service for military units deployed outside the continental United States (OCONUS).

This new service is provided by Teleparts, Inc., an authorized export parts dealer for Freightliner, Western Star Trucks and Thomas Built Bus.

A military unit may use this service:

• If it is deployed OCONUS and parts will be shipped to an overseas address
• To obtain parts for a Freightliner-produced M915-series vehicle
• M915A2, M915A3, and M915A4
• M916A1, M916A2, and M916A3
• M917A1, and M917A2

• If the parts transaction does not exceed the spending limits of the Government IMPAC card to be used for the purchase

By using this new service, you will be required to provide the requested vehicle and parts information on the attached form and click on the “Submit” button. Your request will then be transmitted to Teleparts, and they will respond back to the requestor via email with a:

• Price quote
• Request for preferred delivery method
• Request for the Purchaser to confirm the order and provide IMPAC card information

Upon receipt of your order and credit card information, Teleparts will provide the requestor with an order confirmation and a tracking number once the order is shipped.

Remember, this service is only available if your military unit is deployed OCONUS. If you are stationed within CONUS, please contact your local Freightliner dealer for parts support.

Warranty Parts for Vehicles OCONUS

Daimler Trucks North America now offers Government Agencies , i.e. US Military and GSA, (that are domiciled outside the United States) the ability to receive Aftermarket parts under their contracted warranty.

If your vehicle needs a part and your vehicle is currently under warranty you have come to the right place.

The following steps must be completed in order to receive the part you request:

1. Click on the continue button at the bottom of this page.  This will take you to the parts order screen.
2. Complete all required fields. Fields must be complete before the request is submitted.  Most fields are mandatory information. 
3. Click on the submit button. 

Once the above 3 steps are complete, Daimler Trucks North America and Teleparts will receive your request.  Some additional checks will be made to insure that your vehicle is under warranty.

Once the vehicle is verified under warranty Teleparts will then notify you of your order and make arrangements to ship your part to the address provided.
